By using ClipSaves, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time.
Description of Service
ClipSaves is a free video downloader that allows users to save videos from YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter (X), Facebook, Dailymotion, Vimeo, LinkedIn, and Telegram. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
Acceptable Use
Downloading copyrighted materials without permission is strictly prohibited. You agree to use ClipSaves only for lawful purposes. You must not download content that infringes copyright, violates platform terms of service, or is illegal. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to download any content.
Intellectual Property
ClipSaves and its branding are owned by us. The content you download remains the property of the original creators. We do not claim ownership of any downloaded content.
Limitation of Liability
ClipSaves is provided free of charge. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to data loss, service interruptions, or third-party content availability.
Service Availability
We strive to keep ClipSaves available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or discontinue the service with or without notice.
Accounts
You can use ClipSaves without an account. If you create one, you are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything done with your account. Give a real email address you can access; we use it to confirm your account and to send receipts and important service notices. We may suspend or close accounts used to break these Terms.
Ad-free Plans, Payments and Cancellation
ClipSaves offers optional ad-free plans: $2 per month, $10 every 6 months, or $100 once for lifetime access. Prices are in US dollars and payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. Monthly and 6-month plans renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from Account → Manage billing, and you keep ad-free access until the end of the period you paid for. The lifetime plan is a one-time payment, never renews, and lasts for as long as ClipSaves operates the service. An ad-free plan removes advertising only; it does not change what the downloader can do. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
