Information We Collect
ClipSave is designed with privacy in mind. We do not collect personal information when you download videos. We may collect anonymous usage data (such as platform URLs fetched) to improve our service. Download history is stored locally in your browser and never sent to our servers. If you create an account, we store the email address you sign up with.
How We Use Your Data
Any data we collect is used solely to provide and improve the ClipSave service, and to fund it through advertising. We do not sell or rent your personal data. Support and contact form submissions are stored securely and used only to respond to your inquiries.
Cookies & Storage
We use essential cookies for session management and preferences (e.g., theme), and your download history may be kept in your browser's local storage. In addition, our analytics and advertising partners set their own cookies in your browser, as described in the next two sections. You can clear or block cookies at any time through your browser settings, though doing so may affect how parts of the site work.
Third-Party Services
We use Supabase for authentication and data storage, Google Analytics to understand how the site is used, and Ahrefs Analytics for aggregate traffic measurement. Video fetching is handled through our own API routes. These providers process data under their own privacy policies.
Advertising & Google AdSense
ClipSave is free to use and is funded by advertising. We use Google AdSense to serve ads on this site. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to ClipSave and/or other sites on the Internet. Where required by law, we ask for your consent before non-essential cookies are set.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. All data is transmitted over HTTPS. We do not store video content on our servers.
